The Villa

The Villa, coming from the recovery of a fifteenth century structure, is enbedded between the wonderful hills of the Marches and the Adriatic coast.

From the beginning of the building recovery process, a carefull attention was paid to preserve the original period frescoes, in strict compliance with land and nature.

The Villa has always offered a strategic location to the extent that it was, in more occasions, visited by the Duke himself, who particularly loved it for his hunts.

The estate, surrounded by a lush garden, hosts, alongside the main structure, two outbuildings with features typical of the period too, as well as an intimate and cosy chapel. The Villa’s main structure is composed internally of three rooms: the Music Room, with a capacity of 80 people; the Meeting’s Room and the Fireplace Room, each with a capacity of 25 people.
